RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely content with your purchase, therefore if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason we can offer you an exchange or store credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn (only tried on), and with tags attached.
Process: To initiate an Exchange please contact us at eighthode@gmail.com with "EXCHANGE " in the subject line within 7 days of delivery and details about what you are wanting to exchange. Once the return label is provided, send us the tracking information within 2 days.
Cost: Exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at eighthode@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Eighth Ode reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
