All parcels are shipped with Australia Post in compostable mailers.

Our items are made-to-order meaning no inventory is made prior to launch to limit creating excess inventory and waste.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Standard shipping: $10 (3-5 business days)

Express shipping: $15 (1-2 business days)

SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE:

Eighth Ode is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to our parcels once handed to our courier Australia Post. If your parcel is lost, please contact Australia post or Eighth Ode customer support. 

If you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us so we can change address before dispatch.
